The place was fresh and clean! The two restaurants on-site offered some decent meals, though they weren't cheap. We had a King Room that was spacious enough for all of us, and the security of the place gave me peace of mind while the kids roamed. There's something about waking up to a clean and comfortable room that just helps you reset you know?

i had a fantastic stay at the hotel. it exceeded my expectations compared to previous trips in louisville, especially with its amazing amenities like the bluetooth connectivity in the room and the lovely bathroom scents. the staff was welcoming and made the experience delightful.

parking situation was inconvenient.

We had a delightful stay with our grandchild. The hotel was new and spotlessly clean, which made our family time enjoyable. We especially loved the two restaurants on property that offered great choices for our meals.

In my wife’s opinion, the parking situation could be improved. It was frustrating to find a spot far from the entrance due to the public casino traffic.

We loved the gaming options and easy access to the airport. Morning trips to the local horse racing tracks were epic too! The atmosphere was fun, and the staff made sure we had everything we needed.

Only downside was the noise from the games at night. it got a bit loud for our taste, making it tough to get a good night's sleep.

everything was great at derby city gaming & hotel, a churchill downs property. the king room was comfortable, clean, and smelled nice. i loved having lunch at rainbirds, and the gaming options, especially my favorite slot machines, were a blast.
